Sarvin E-Sevai (operated by KAVIYARASAN VAITHIYANATHAN) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: your name, mobile number and password (stored in encrypted form).
• Payment records: amount, date and transaction reference of token purchases. Card / UPI / bank details are handled by our payment gateway partner and are not stored on our servers.
• Usage records: which paid documents were printed and the tokens used.

2. Documents and photos

Details you type into forms, and photos you use in our photo / ID-card / document-scan tools, are processed inside your own browser. They are not uploaded to or stored on our server.

3. How we use information

To run your account, add tokens after payment, show your usage history, provide customer support and prevent misuse. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing

We share information only with our payment gateway (to process payments), with Google (website analytics/advertising cookies), or when required by law.

5. Cookies and advertising

We use cookies to keep you logged in. Google AdSense may use cookies to show ads; you can manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.

6. Data security and retention

We use reasonable security measures. Account and payment records are kept as long as your account is active or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your account by contacting us.

7. SARVIN Autofill (Chrome extension)

The optional SARVIN Autofill extension helps e-Sevai centres save applicants' application details and fill them again on the TNPSC application website (apply.tnpscexams.in). From version 0.2 it also helps add family members on the Tamil Nadu e-District income certificate form (tnedistrict.tn.gov.in): the operator types the family list, or picks the family's TNPDS smart-card PDF, which is read only inside the operator's browser (it is never uploaded anywhere), and the extension enters each member and presses that row's "Add" button – it never submits the application. The family list can also be taken from an old income certificate on our "income certificate reader" page: the certificate is read with OCR inside the operator's browser and the checked list is handed to the extension on the same computer – nothing is uploaded to our server.

• Applicant details stay in your own Google account. They are written to a Google Sheet named "SARVIN – Customer Details" that the extension creates in your Google Drive, and they travel only between your browser and Google. They are never sent to or stored on our servers.
• Google access is limited. The extension uses the drive.file permission, so it can open only the sheet it created – not your other files. You can remove access at any time from your Google Account → Security → Third-party access.
• What reaches our server: only your SARVIN login (mobile number and password, to sign in) and a record of each paid action (save or fill, the tokens used and the time), so we can deduct tokens from your balance.
• What the extension never does: it does not read or fill passwords, CAPTCHA, OTP, file uploads or declaration tick boxes, and it never submits an application on any website. The operator checks every value and submits.
• Consent and deletion. You (the centre using the extension) decide which applicants' details are saved and are responsible for taking the applicant's consent before saving them, as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Delete an applicant's details when they ask or when they are no longer needed: use "Delete this customer" in the extension, or delete the rows or the sheet in Google Drive.
• Google API Services User Data Policy. SARVIN Autofill's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data from your Google Sheet is used only to save and fill application details at your request. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not transferred to anyone else, and not read by people at SARVIN.
• Check before you submit. Autofill is only an assisting tool. Always verify every filled detail against the applicant's original certificates before submitting. Application forms can change between notifications, so some fields may be left empty or filled incorrectly. The applicant and the person submitting the application are responsible for its correctness.
• SARVIN Autofill is an independent tool by SARVIN E-SEVAI and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC), the e-District / TNeGA portal or any government department.

SARVIN CRM (sarvinxerox.in/crm/)

SARVIN CRM is an optional web tool for shops to record their daily billing, customer details, dues and reports. It uses the same Google permission as SARVIN Autofill (drive.file – only the "SARVIN – Customer Details" sheet created by our tools) and works directly between your browser and Google. Billing entries and customer details are stored only in the shop's own Google Sheet; they are not sent to or stored on our server. Only the last 4 digits of an Aadhaar number are stored. The shop is responsible for obtaining its customers' consent and deleting their details on request. The use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
