This website, sarvinxerox.in, is owned and operated by KAVIYARASAN VAITHIYANATHAN under the name SARVIN XEROX (Sarvin E-Sevai). By using this website you agree to these terms.
We provide online tools to prepare and print documents such as TNEB consent letters, name-change forms, tariff-change letters, undertakings, CM health insurance forms, TNPSC photo/signature editing, ID-card printing and document scan printing. Some tools are free; others are paid using prepaid tokens.
Tokens are bought in Indian Rupees at ₹1 = 1 token, between ₹50 and ₹5,000 per purchase. The token cost of each paid print is shown on the page before you print (for example, 5 tokens per document). Tokens are deducted only when you print or download a paid document; previews are free. Prices may change; the price shown at the time of printing applies.
Welcome bonus and Refer & Earn. New accounts receive 5 free welcome tokens. A customer who invites a friend with their referral link receives 5 tokens when the friend creates an account (up to 5 such rewards per calendar month) and 20 tokens once when that friend completes their first top-up of ₹50 or more. Bonus and referral tokens have no cash value, cannot be refunded, withdrawn or transferred, and are not given for duplicate, self-referred or fake accounts. We may withhold or remove bonus tokens obtained by misuse, and may change or end this offer at any time.
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. Tokens are linked to your account and cannot be transferred to another person.
Our tools only format the information that you enter. You are responsible for the correctness of the details, for getting the required signatures, and for submitting the documents to the concerned office. Sarvin E-Sevai is not a government body and does not guarantee approval of any application.
SARVIN Autofill only fills details that you saved earlier; it never submits an application. You must check every filled value against the applicant's original certificates before submitting and must have the applicant's consent before saving their details. Tokens for Save (3) and Fill (10) cover one applicant for 3 hours and are not refunded because a field was left empty or the application website changed. SARVIN Autofill is not affiliated with TNPSC or any government department.
You must not use this website to create false or fraudulent documents, to impersonate anyone, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect loss arising from the use of the documents created on this website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the tokens used for the document in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms will be published on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction.
