1. Digital service – no physical shipping

Sarvin E-Sevai sells only digital services (prepaid tokens used for online document printing). No physical goods are shipped.

2. Delivery of tokens

Tokens are added to your account immediately after successful payment through our payment gateway. In rare cases of payment verification delay, tokens are credited within 24 hours.

3. Delivery of documents

Paid documents are made available instantly in your browser for printing or download as soon as the tokens are deducted.

4. Problems with delivery
