1. Token purchases

Tokens are prepaid credits used to print documents on sarvinxerox.in. Tokens are credited to your account after the payment is confirmed.

2. Failed or duplicate payments

If money was debited but tokens were not credited, or if you were charged twice, contact us with the transaction reference. After verification, we will either credit the tokens or refund the amount to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

3. Unused tokens

You may request a refund of unused tokens within 7 days of purchase by contacting us. The refund will be made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

4. Used tokens

Tokens already used to print or download a document cannot be refunded, because the digital service has been delivered. Every document can be previewed free before printing, so please check the details first.

5. Technical problems

If tokens were deducted but the document did not print because of a fault on our website, contact us within 7 days. After verification we will return the tokens to your account.

6. Cancellation

A token purchase cannot be cancelled after the payment is completed; please use the refund options above. You can stop using the service and close your account at any time.
